How to reduce your weight naturally at home easily (Part 2)

In our last Post we saw different ways to reduce your weight naturally and easily, If you haven't read it up to now please go through it: How to reduce your weight naturally at home easily (Part 1).


In this post we will learn some other natural ways to reduce our weight easily. 

Drink Green Tea (without Sugar):

Green tea is a Natural way to Reduce your weight. Green Tea have antioxidants which helps to prevent your body cell from damaging.

Green tea have many benefits like Fat burning and weight loss. And green tea can incerease fat burning process by 18% in your body especially belly fat, which is very difficult to burn.

Most powerful green tea among all is Matcha green Tea, which is powdered green tea.

Consumption of more Fruits and vegetable:


Fruits and vegetables are rich source of fiber and they have low energy density. Which helps in eating more without gaining much calories. 

Fruits and vegetables helps in weight loss. From anciant times people use to prefer eat Fruits and vegetables because it help them in many ways like high metabolism, Low fat, high fiber,  and high weight loss.

Some fruits that can help you to lose your weight are: Apple, Kiwi, Pineapple, Spinach, Carrot, etc

Check what you eat once in a week:

Eating spicy food:

Get enough sleep: 

Taking enough sleep also helps in weight loss and controlling future weight gain. A study found that children who are taking enough sleep, have more stamina than those who are not taking enough sleep.

Sleep helps in the production of hormones which helps to reduce your weight. Over-sleeping is also injurious to health.

Include more fiber in your diet:


Fibers are the key ingredient in weight loss.

Fibers helps in boosting your metabolism and in the production of different harmones which helps in fat burning.

Wheat, corn, and rice bran are high in insoluble fiber, which helps prevent constipation and increasing metabolism.

Add cardio and Yoga in your daily routine:

Doing cardio is very useful in weight loss. Cardio like Jogging, running, cycling, skipping, hiking or power walking all these helps in calorie burning and also help in improvement of mental and physical health.
